Is TiltProof real gambling?
No. TiltProof is a play-money training app. The chips have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be cashed out or transferred. There is no real-money play of any kind — it’s a poker trainer, the way a chess app is a chess trainer. App Store age rating: 12+.
How does the coaching work?
Everything runs on your device. After every hand, TiltProof analyzes each of your decisions — preflop ranges, pot odds, equity against your opponent’s likely range — and flags leaks and mistakes with their cost in big blinds, plus a plain-English explanation and a link to the lesson that fixes it. Close spots are called close spots, not mistakes.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, so canceling is instant and we can’t stop you: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TiltProof, or tap this direct link. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. You can also manage it inside the app: Settings → TiltProof Pro.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID, then in the app go to Settings → Restore purchases (also available on the paywall). Entitlements come straight from the App Store, so nothing is ever lost.
How do refunds work?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the TiltProof purchase. We don’t contest refund requests.
What do you do with my data?
Almost nothing — by design. Your hands, progress, and score live on your device. There are no accounts and no tracking; we collect only anonymous usage statistics (like “a lesson was completed”) that are never linked to you, and crash reports. No ads, no data sales, no ATT prompt. Details in the Privacy Policy.
My notifications / sounds / haptics aren’t working
Check the in-app toggles first (Settings → Notifications, and the volume/haptics sliders). For notifications, also check iOS Settings → Notifications → TiltProof. Haptics require a physical iPhone and are reduced when Low Power Mode is on.
I found a bug / the coach got a hand wrong
